Hello, please help me bungie
I have played destiny in 7years and im been banned for 2 months because of unstable internett connection. The wierd thing is that my internett are crazy good and ive never lagged ingame, is something wrong with newgen consoles(ps5) ?? Im banned 2 months on to different accounts, i have checked ports and package loss, buts all seems fine. I have a 1000mbs/500mbs line
I have changed router, modem and cables in the whole house after the first restriction and talked to the network company, and they said everything looked perfectly normal, reason for writing here is because im desperate, and i feel that this isnt right. Can you please check this?
Iknow so many peoples who got warnings and restrictions lately, after everyone got newgen consoles, it must be something wrong here. We all are from Norway.
Its crazy to me that i get banned for connection when i have played at high level of cs, and other games and never had an issue, we dont play on deticated servers either, and people who lagswitch and teleports just keep on playing every day.

8 Replies1. Getting restricted multiple times on multiple accounts means there’s definitely an issue you didn’t address. 2. You say you pay for 1000d/500u speed but only get 500/50. That’s a huge indicator that either your settings/equipment isn’t configured properly, or your ISP is doing major throttling or having throughput defects.

3 RepliesIt the same thing over and over. The game runs on servers that are out of date. Till bungie decides to spend some money on these issues and get rid of lame management the game is garbage! Most of the issues are on bungies end not the players.

14 RepliesOK 3 problems I see. 1. You relied on your ISP to do a remote cheak. ISPs only care about that you have Internet and all Internet diagnostics need to be done onsite. 2. You go on about Internet speed but only state what you pay for not what you are getting. 3. You go on about Internet speed but say nothing about the other important parts of your Internet signal as in... NAT. Signal latency. Data loss rates Jitter. Also does your ISP throttle back Internet speeds at peak times to cope with demand.
