I finally got around to doing Shattered Throne today, but unfortunately when I went to turn in the Awoken Talisman at the shrine, there was no option whatsoever to turn in the Talisman. I've tried going out to Four Horn Gulch just in case there was an odd glitch and the next step would be available, but there was nothing to be found there either. Not sure why this isn't working properly...
