I didn't collect Ascendancy Crucible Ornament before reseting Crucible twice
Opps! with all the fun of running IB with my clan.. I was hurried when I was talking to Shax and reset my Crucible Reputation before accepting the RL ornament...(other rewards you can't you have to collect them before you can reset... but the ornament is different)
Now I can't go back and get it...
My bad... but there is a hole in the system FYI.... Please advise .

You won’t get an answer here. But, someone posted on Twitter doing the exact same thing and either Dmg or Cozmo replied almost immediately and forwarded the info off to the appropriate team. With that being said, it’s sad to see that Twitter is their main information platform when we have this app and their own website.

so the ornament isnt there anymore at rank 16 even after u reset? it just changed?
