How do unbind just one account from Cross-Save?
Hello, a friend of mine lent me their Xbox Series S to let me play Beyond Light through the Battle Pass and said it was fine for me to log with my cross save, but before I do that I want to make sure there's a way to unbind his Xbox account from my cross save so that when I return his console he still can play without using his own characters, is it possible? I've looked into Accounts and Linking but all the unbind buttons are greyed out no matter what account I log in as.

2 RepliesWhen cross save is enabled you can only add accounts to it, there is no way to remove individual accounts. If you need to remove an account you have no choice but to disable cross save, remove the account, wait 90 days, and then re-enable cross save.

3 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 9/3/2021 11:47:42 AMOut of curiosity, why didn't you just create your own XBL ID and link it with Cross-Save? It's free to make an XBL ID. Because of that, there was no reason you had to use your friend's XBL ID in the first place when playing on the Xbox.
