It's a good exotic. I wasn't trying to say it was -blam!-, I was just trying to say that it was better off as a catalyst for thorn. Then all classes could share in the fun.

Woahwoahwoah now hold up there. There has never been another armour piece that has ever had more efficient ad clear than Necrotics. Necrotics can also create a chain of infinite devour procs on taken psions if they continue to multiply.
