No Destiny 2: The Witch Queen - Pre-order Pack (PS5)

Hi, I preorder "Destiny 2: The Witch Queen Collector's Edition - PS4 & PS5" from Bungie Store and received an email with "Destiny 2: The Witch Queen - Pre-order Pack - SIEE". I download the code and i redeem it on PS store but no preorder bonus (emblem, emote and ghost) can be acquired from Master Rahool. Please Help.

  • Update Bungie fixed it: 'We have resolved an issue where Xbox and PlayStation players were having issues with their Witch Queen pre-order codes from the Bungie Store. Players affected can now use their codes and will be able to receive their items from Master Rahool or Shaw Han after a game restart.' from bungie help twitter. I won't be able to see it until Saturday but I assume it is indeed fixed.

    • Hello, I bought the $104 pack (pre order) Witch Queen + 30 year anniversary,,, but cannot get anything... I followed all suggestion I could find, I cleared cache, reinstalled witch queen and even uninstalled everything Destiny and reinstalled but to no avail... I purchased straight through the store on my Xbox machine... It says already owned when I check, it shows all add-ons are installed.... Been to Rahool, the Cosmodrome,,, Everest, postmaster, EVERYWHERE! But nothing. no sparrow, emote, emblem or SMG and Gjallarhorn... No where to fall back to since Bungie is non-existent on phone or email and the Microsoft store cant be reached... I will never pre-order again unless this is resolved...

    • Same problem for me. I redeemed the code from the CE successfully. Instead of clicking on Continue i clicked on one of the 2 symbols below (witchqueen and the 30 years pack) and wasnt able to download anything afterwards. Its in my transactions list and ive been charged but it doesnt seem to have counted as preorder + i cant pickup preorder items.

        • I pre-ordered the collection edition Tuesday after the showcase and the preorder pack is still not in the game. I do have the Mithrax emblem but that was with a different code. I understand if there are problems but I just hope they acknowledge this so I know they will fix this, because it was a lot of money and now I do worry about it.

        • Code says invalid for me too. Tried entering in app, web store and console. Sent customer service an email, waiting for automated response. I only received my code about 5 hrs ago in the middle of the night.

          • I have a similar problem. I picked up the stuff from Rahool, but I'm not getting an "Owned" under the Expansions in the Store tab, and the Emblem I got isn't in my collections, and the collections part for emblems is flashing but nothing there, even though I have it on my character.

          • Same issue here. PS5. Redeemed code. It's in my redemption history, but no items anywhere (checked rahool, shaw and amanda). Seems to be a much wider problem, but not yet acknowledged by Bungo, and their customer service is a joke and no help at all, just a copy and paste of "wait 24 hours" - for the record, I did mine approx 35 hours ago, straight after the reveal stream.

            Same issue here on PS5. Brought the collectors edition, got the pre-order pack and redeemed the code on the PSN store fine but nothing appears to be registered in-game as purchased and no pre-order items at any of the vendors. PSN store history confirms the 'Witch Queen Deluxe + 30th Anniversary Bundle' has been redeemed. Have we had any confirmation from Bungie whats going on here?

            • I'm having the same problem on PS5, redeemed the code fine, it's in my transaction history, but nothing is in-game. I've checked both Rahool and Shaw Han (apparently he can give these items too), I have restarted my game and console a bunch of times and i've done the "restore licenses" thing, but to no avail. I'm in the UK, if that makes any difference because I know some stuff like old ps4 dynamic themes and such would only be given out on launch day in the uk, but were available immediately in the US. Someone in my clan had the emblem equipped, so some people are not having any problems, but they went offline before I could talk to them about the details.

              • I have same issue, I put in the code and didn't receive any of the pre-order bonuses. Also on PS5. I contacted Bungie, who told me to then contact Playstation, they told me to contact Bungie. But now seems like a universal issue

                • I have exactly the same problem on ps4, I redeemed the code in the store and downloaded the pack but rahool doesn't have it. But 24 hours aren't over yet so I'll wait and see if I will get it.

                • Still waiting in mine as well, got the store purchase emblem code but nothing for the preorder pack *yet. Hoping since I got an order confirmed email later yesterday that its just taking a but. Really don't wanna rebuy such an expensive thing through the ps4 store on top of the collectors edition
