Out of all the games I have played I think Apex has the best ranked The structure is what makes it work best
People top off at whatever rank they are skilled for and if they choose to attempt grind for a higher rank they have to grind and get better
Destiny just lacks a reason to do more than goof off in crucible with friends and I don’t really see that changing any time soon

I've been playing CoD and CS:GO for the past 2 weeks taking a break from the D2 grind.. Those games are fun. Destiny has figured out how to make PvP miserable and Bungie is banking on it.

Apex ranked is very good but sadly the sbmm in pubs is a bit too intense

Casual modes in Apex are not sbmm

They definitely do, when I used to play I was diamond and was in pubs lobbies against multiple pred and diamond players every day

There may be some lobby balancing mixed in there but I cap at silver 2 and see plats and preds all the time. I stick to ranked simply to avoid that. Esprewith the new rules
