Not getting credit for Spire integration public event on nessus

I've done the Spire integration public event twice and didn't get credit for the "Public Performance" bounty and the heroic version won't trigger despite taking all platforms

If the timer reaches a certain threshold, you won't trigger heroic even if you capture all plates
