As title. I select it, there's a pop-up showing the new mod on the right hand side of screen but it still says in the Artifact that I have 1 selection to make and the Energy Accelerant option is sort of half greyed, half coloured. Not quite the full coloured that the other selections I have made. I have 10 already in there. I restarted the game and Steam and it's still the same.
