Gunsmith bounties bugged...
Attempting to obtain a fifth gunsmith repeatable bounty when you possess four will consume glimmer, but not grant a bounty in your quest tab. This also occurs at other vendors, albeit less frequently. From my experience thus far, the gunsmith does this every time.
