Being forced to use new stasis sidarm in crucible is god aweful
this is the most reverse power fantasy experience I ever had in destiny 2
this pistol fire extremely slow, has insane recoil, It has the damage of mosquito bite and if you're further than 20m you could empty the entire clip and not hit anything.
Even after against all odds you kill someone the charge shot took 0.6s to fire just 1 bolt miss that shot you're pretty much dead
Why? why keep adding guardian kills in seasonal catalyst quest? is this supposed to be fun? it's neither fun or challenging it's pure agony

This gun is trash and I’m glad it is to be honest. I actually don’t really dislike it to be honest the no fall off freeze is sorta funny

My advice would be get the catalyst quest boosters and then wait 4 momentum since it would be about 1-2 shots to kill

Stop overreacting. The weapon is ok in pvp and has a fairly quick ttk in its optimal range. I struggle to keep my K/D in the positive and even I did it in 3 games because 50 kills isn’t much.

2 RepliesBecause Bungie devs are assholes. I know they're assholes because they shoehorn their broken pvp into just about every weapon catalyst quest knowing their PVP is dogshit. They've known their pvp is dogshit for well over a year, even promised to fix it but they dont. Take heart though my friend, you can buy a fuggload of skins in Eververse for the low low price of 16 dollars a fugging skin pack for one character.

7 RepliesYou dont need to use the sidearm. Go to team scorched. You can gain progress there. It's been like this since shadowkeep why do people insist on complaining about this EVERY GOD DAMN SEASON.

Just deleted the quest today, myself. I don't use sidearms so I'm not going to bother trying to get the catalyst.

7 Repliesits god awful in PVP its gets destroyed by everything it has 0 killing power and if anyone is even more than 5 feet from you it wont even hit them in this current state of the game its abysmal to require so much pvp for a weapon the is DREADFUL in the mode. its so god awful I may not even bother doing it. It cant 1v1 anything its so weak you can die from splash damage faster than you can win a gun fight with it.....

I don't really use sidearms aside from Traveler's Chosen (which may have spoiled me) though. I'm not a fan of this one right now. Suppose I just need to get used to it, but it feels like garbage.

2 RepliesJust wait until you're season rank 22 and have the quadruple progression. If you hate crucible or the gun archetype...wait for the boost. Simple. It's literally been that way since the dawn of season pass weapon/catalysts.

Sidearms are actually cracked if you know how to use them (not at 40 meters). And you do not even need to use the sidearm in pvp to get the catalyst.

You literally have forever to earn the Catalyst. Play the game and work on the Catalyst later in Iron Banner or something else or when your drunk and don't care.
