They do need a buff for their abilities and grenades.(non-stasis. That shit is still busted) But if you do that then there needs to be a nerf to hunter movement and dodge.
Right now, the only reason that they aren't absolutely broken is due to the fact that their abilities are meant to combo with their movement and not stand on their own. (Again, stasis shits on this formula but I'm hoping we are only talking about light subclasses atm)

Massive oof on my part, stompiees make Hunters unbearable. It's so uncommon for me to see a sweat run anything else lol. I'd say they are balanced without stompiees and stasis.
