Yup as long as it’s a projectile Arcstrider can deflect it.
The interesting thing is that Arcstrider can deflect the tornado itself despite it not really being a projectile.

I mean, you spin the staff. The tornado spin as well. They start to love each other. And then, the tornado betray the hunter that used silence and squall.
