cross save system is broken
I switched accounts to my old Xbox account because I was bored tried to switch back but I can't for a month because I brought silver on that account, but it doesn't make any sense I brought enough for the battle pass and got it
there is zero silver on my account and you have to sign in to buy anything so there is no reason to lock me out
I had completely forgotten about the purchase and before I switched, I read that i cant switch If I brought stuff, but I had forgotten at that point and it didn't even tell me that I had, all it said was that I had zero silver so I assumed that it was fine but now I am locked out for 48 days because I spent money on the game
this is so annoying because all I wanted to do is nightfall when it changed, get the new trials gun and level my battle pass but I can't do any of it because of this

1 ReplyHey, If you would like to either change your cross-save primary account or to have the silver lockout waived you may use the form at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031 Note that requests are handled on a first come, first served basis and only during local business hours so it may be a few days before you get a response. Also, if you are able to disable cross-save you will need to wait 90 days before you can use any of those accounts to set up cross-save again, there are no exceptions to that lockout.

1 Replythe 90 day wait is to prevent sketchy account activity. sorry they don't make exceptions for it. it's not 'broken', it's working as intended.
