At least make it so they can't regen sections of their health bar that have been depleted or something.

This company needs an overhaul of developers, and leads, people that have talent, that have inspiration, motivation, etc. It seems this company is all washed up with their copy and paste work because there is no creativity really being put into this game anymore especially with these dumb seasons that is chap lazy work.

Bungie the type of people to do this and then quadruple the hp.

All they need to do is reduce the time they're immune to overload rounds so that you can at least stun lock them. In master and GM content you're getting swamped by 2+ champions at a time and with multiple overload champions it quickly becomes impossible to salvage certain situations. Unstoppable champions have alot of time immune to unstoppable rounds but they can't teleport 50 times in a second behind cover and regen all their health.

Some of them seem to regen health way more aggressively than others. In raids and battlegrounds they don’t seem to heal as quickly after being stunned as they do in nightfalls and lost sectors

9 RepliesI seriously can't believe this post is made every other week every season. I sincerely don't know what is so hard about overload champs to you folks. Unstoppables on the other hand take forever to re-stun. Just make sure someone's running anarchy or a vorpal sniper when they're stunned (lasting impression rockets are also great! ). Even underpowered I've managed to do solo master lost sectors with overload champs the past two seasons and though hard at first it was a great learning experience. Streamers and YouTubers like aztecross and many others make great nightfall and lost sector guides and address how to deal with champions and recommend armor mods that can make them a piece of cake. (Charged with light and/or warmind cell builds are absolutely killer). If you're having trouble getting prisms for armor the empire hunts aren't that hard compared to nightfall or even some lost sectors in my experience. Just run legend level content until your power level is up high enough and you feel comfortable increasing the challenge. If you're on Xbox and see me online I'd be happy to help you out, give tips, share my very basic charged with light build (there are others who do a way better job than me but I get by! ). 2 RepliesEdited by The-IIID-Emp1r3: 4/1/2021 11:22:31 PMI wish Overloads (and the other champions) would continuously stay "suppressed" by the required mod so they cannot get back up and use their abilities, that or remove the STUPID lockout timer before they can be stunned again If i shoot another Overload arrow into a captain that just got out of stagger it should stagger him If i shoot antibarrier rounds into a barrier champ that champ shouldn't be able to put up a barrier the rounds should suppress it's ability Lastly, this needs to change but overload and unstoppable needs to be an always active buff like antibarrier does, for example Divinity procs on a little wee hit, don't even need to hold down the trigger to proc it like it's required with any other weapons. Bungo needs to work on that because these mods and how the ones on exotics aren't the same is just really .... inconsistent, they need to consolidate everything to work exactly the same no matter if it's a mod or a perk on an exotics, period

2 RepliesBows destroy them VERY easily. Unstoppables are the issue, outbreak perfected seems to be the only pulse to stagger them n im yet to find a handcannon that will.

I just wish they offered mods for every weapon type for champions all champions not just random weapons and random champions then your forced to use weapons that you don't like using which makes the game that fun

Edited by wilco490: 4/2/2021 6:20:28 AMI had trouble first. But once you use the right tools and mods and get into a "flow" by running it multiple times you will find yourself running lost sectors in 6+ minutes as well. The barriers can be glitchy once per 10 runs maybe

if they are not pinnacles, they can’t be toned down. It’s simple as that.

If I may make a suggestion, bows are a fantastic way to one stun them. Now the way overloads works is when stunned they are weakened. But once they get up, they automatically start regenerating health. So you need to keep hitting them with a overload weapon. If you have divinity, that works. Any bow that has a DoT like le monarch or the new one i forget. My personal loudout is the following Kinetic pulse rifle overload/kinetic sniper rifle anti barrier. Legendary. Secondary SMG overload/handcannon unstoppable/ Borialis anti barrier ( underrated as shit.) Scout rifle anti barrier. Exotic or legendary. Heavy Anarchy for damage Xeno for damage Lament for damage and anti barrier. That's what I use so it's just a suggestion. But use what you want and feel comfortable using.
