New Matchmaking is utter trash
To start why am I staring at a lobby screen endlessly taking 2 to 3 to 6 times longer than befor
Then it will fill up 12/12 and reset back to 1/12 or 5/12 or 8/12
What the hell have you done

1 ReplyThis happens every time they make a change to crucible matchmaking lately. It gets worse. There was a time a couple years ago when crucible was really fun. Wish they would go back to that. That was a time when everyone in the match was pretty close in score with maybe a couple outliers. Nowhere near the way it is now with top player getting 50 kills and bottom player getting 4 kills.

1 ReplyThe new matchmaking put into effect has LITERALLY NOTHING to do with the issues you are talking about. They stated crystal clear that they didn’t even change the matchmaking, just how it sorts the players into teams. It helps to read sometimes.

When the PvP player base is this tiny, when the game has so many imbalances in the weapons and the skill trees and they are using a 5+ year old peer to peer server system no kind of matchmaking and no amount of improvements will ever make PvP better. It will always suck. It’s sucked now for a few years and every month that goes by, every new season, every new expansion it only gets a little bit worse.

3 RepliesIt is trash in so many ways. Think about this. This was thought about, built, hours put into it. I assume tested and now released and at no point did they realize it solved NOTHING and actually made things worse. Now to me this says they don't understand their own game.

From point of duration getting into a game it is/was same for me. But get slayed as always so no difference for me. Being the lowest skilled within 12 players translates into becoming destroyed regardless of whether it's that usual Unbroken/Flawless guy or just another better player killing me. Result remains the same.

they eliminated a HORRIFIC match make plan. which made 10 mercies in a row the norm. you want TEN mercies in a row again??? the previous setup was one good player on your team and the rest bad. real bad. and the other team all average. this is the truth. look it up. so half the time you are BY FAR the best on your team and no one can help you. OR you are one of say five suck players ....in comparison .... and one great player....against six players all way better than you except for the one star on your team... you want that back? F that buddy. you can take this thread and delete it!!!

6 RepliesI would love to jump on the trash bandwagon. But they got themselves covered on the TWAB. It's a test. They are play testing. Keep up the trash feedback though if it's bad. But this ain't final. It's a test. Keep testing and reporting though. Especially the trash. Yes show them the trash. Don't sweep it under the rugs. Show them. Hehe.

I've seen a significant rise in mercy maches and tons of players are leaving early. Ban these players or go back to SBMM. The game is sucking more than usual.
