Is there a lore reason why our supers have a cooldown?

Edited by Starlight Raven: 3/3/2021 6:00:12 PMKilling things increases the intensity of light. The release is just a culmination of all that death, and then it needs to build again, although in some cases you can go again immediately after finishing.
