Ironbanner: Freelance matchmaking is crap
Please Bungie, when you build up the teams in freelance ironbanner, please don't put all people with low powerlevel in one team. When 4 or 5 in your team are below 1280 and in the other team all over 1300, that is B U L L S H I T - Matchmaking.

Matchmaking in everything this season is garbage lol Year 4 has been awful for matchmaking in general. I miss S5, S9, and S10 matchmaking. Best we've had throughout Destiny 2 without a doubt.
