Why are you guys even doing the quest? It's not a gate to getting the new drops. It's for a shader. If the heavy kills are that much of an issue for you, just delete the quest, get your pinnacles and turn in some tokens.

Pretty sure it doesn’t let you turn in tokens without the quest completion. Either that or my salad bar is broken, not that he hasn’t been a bit of a crap merchant lately anyways. But yeah, at least the pinnacles are unaffected.

Not for new Players. They need to do the Quest to get the new armor. So in fact, it is a so called dick move from Bungie to the new member of the community... They will never "listen", just get over it. They only listen if you have thousands of followers or your an investor. Peace.

Edited by Brian Reborn: 2/24/2021 5:10:57 PMApparently you only have to do that if you haven't done them before. It used to be every season. Also, you could get the armor piece for the step you completed on the quest. Each step gave a different piece.
