I think its because they didn't specify rocket launchers this time. Blast battue the grenade launcher is fun, they also buffed rockets so I guess that's the rationale. Im not a fan of the heavy step but im gonna give it my best shot. There are options but the issue seems that folks like to stasis nade the heavy or camp it. Meh. It is what it is. I ain't gonna sweat it too much.
