I had been looking forward to completing my Splintered title for the past couple of weeks, and doing the last Braytech transponder in Eternity. As I was headed to the last group of drones while doing a jump, a shank ran directly in front of me and I fell to my death. I respawned with no transponder so naturally I fast traveled back to Variks so I could sparrow to Cadmus Ridge to pick up the scanner augment again. However I could not find it, and I also noticed I no longer had my buff to get it either. After some personal troubleshooting I could not find a solution. I looked it up on google and found a reddit thread discussing this topic which I have linked above. I am severely disappointed that I was unable to complete my title today, as I had been looking forward to completing it for the past couple of weeks. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this I will gladly try and see if they work. Normally I don't like to complain about stuff like this but I have been so pumped to get the Splintered title.
