Lost Everything

I am sure this has been posted before but I have lost everything. I completed the second raid within 24 hours and I have multiple clears on all raids up to Scourge of the Past. I had a kid and was no longer playing long Destiny 2 sessions for awhile. Bought a house and have recently just now set up my PC to be able to play again as its been a busy couple of years. I bought all the DLC, had almost every single exotic emote, weapon, 1k Voices (took me 30 raids to get) and all of that just *POOF* disappears because I didn't sign in and transfer before Dec 1st 2020. I feel like that is wrong because of the amount of money I put towards the initial game (the most expensive to get extras) and to have all the DLC pre-purchased which was the first 3-4. Not to mention all the micro transactions I put into the game (I know shame on me.....) just so that I could be a completionist in having all items. That part is my fault but I had the money and I supported the game I really liked binging on, but at the time no one knew that this migration was going to happen. I at least want to have all the DLC and a maxed out level character because I spent A LOT of time maxing out a Warlock, Hunter and Titan because its nice to have 3 classes to fill in to suit the needs of the raid party. Is there really no way to get into contact with Bungie to try and dispute this transfer? I still have all the save files on my PC from when it was through Blizzard. Am I really SOL?

  • I am sorry to say there is nothing that can be done. Starting over is the only option.

  • Hi there. The PC Move function was available to players to migrate their Battle.net D2 characters and game licenses over to Steam from September 2019 through December 1, 2020, along with many sources notifying players of the start and end dates. If you did not take advantage of this service by December 1st then unfortunately there is no longer any way to migrate Battle.net data to Steam.
