Twitch Prime Graviton Lance Pack ISSUE
Greetings, As of recent I tried claiming the Graviton Lance Exotic Bundle Drop & Promptly looking forward to claiming the said bundle from Amanda, and was confused when she did not have any of the rewards, I followed the FAQ which told me: "[u]If you claim your rewards via the Amazon Prime Destiny page but do not see them with Amanda Holliday in the tower, please visit the Bungie.net rewards history page to verify that they were applied to your account. If you do not see your rewards listed, visit the Amazon Prime Destiny page to retry[/u]" so, I went to the Partner Rewards page & it seems to not have applied to my Account, And it told me to go to the forums if the problem still persists, Any Help would be Appreciated.

Same problem, not listed in the claimed items but I can't claim it again on twitch and nothing on Amanda. No pack until Bungie fixes things I guess. Seems to be a lot wrong lately.

1 ReplyHello. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url][/b]?
