Prime Gaming not working
Hi I have followed the steps to troubleshoot and still can't claim my loot. It worked fine on steam before I got the xbox series x, but since beyond light/enabling cross save my rewards say they are claimed on prime gaming but don't show up in my redemption history on bungie.net (nor do any of my previous redemptions for that matter). Help!

2 RepliesHello. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url][/b]?
