No Braytech Augment After Dying?
I died with the Braytech Augment, and it disappeared. I can't buy it again even on other characters... are other people experiencing this?

Just happened to me. Sucks.

2 RepliesJust go pick up the scanner again. It will have as many charges left on it that you had when you died with it. Make sure you are on the same character though.

Also happened to me as well. In my case I was on the last drone, killed them, and fell off the map (bumped into teammate) jumping to get to the final terminal. Lost the buff, can't buy it again either. Was my last one I needed for the title too!

Adding in my name to the list of those who are out because of this bug. No, I can't reacquire the buff from the Scanner Dreg. No, Variks doesn't resell the piece needed. No, I can't "pick up where I left off". I had one more set of drones to kill when I died. I even went to them, killed them all, got the panel to highlight and become interactable, and it still told me I needed the "buff" in order to interact with it and complete the triumph. I am at 2/3 in Eternity, and only needed 1 more for the Title and Triumph. I really wish Bungie would fix this, or at least let us pay another 50 herealways pieces to reacquire the buff. K <><

Welp!! same thing happened to me .. feels bad.. Shouldn't lose the buff until you collect all 3. Bungie..help!

1 ReplySame thing happened to me. I got the transponder, then killed the scanner dude. I was just ready for the last set of drones then died. I tried picking up scanner again after that but it wouldn't let me. Now to wait till this round comes up again. Gee whiz.

Just happened to me. died before the 3rd set. It doesn't show i have the buff anymore in my character screen, can't buy it back, tried killing the vandel again and can't pick it up. switched characters, tried it on PS4 instead of PC, still no go. so stupid! it the last one I need to

3 RepliesI died with a 2/3x scanner once, re spawned and it was gone just like you. I went back to find the Scanner fallen guy, took the buff again and it gave it back right where I left off so you should be fine. You should be able to get it back too. Though I do admit it's pretty stupid that you can lose it at all but at least you can still get it back.
