We've had an influx of new users, and to be honest quite a few of them are annoying. Like you know that one problem user we'd get occasionally? It's like we got 3 at once, and since they spew out events and shit every day or so that's what the other newbies have grown accustomed to. Hence why that god modder is so close in votes to Watson of all people.

That was when I was just starting out, I should have honestly made a post or just asked someone the rules or rp before even bothering to properly join. Grand, I wasn’t aware of that. I don’t know why people can’t put parameters on characters powers. I’ve started to use a curse modifier that helps me give in world reasoning for why abilities don’t work and so I can scale people down if they keep attempting god mode. [spoiler]Sips Tea[/spoiler]

Basically, if someone new shows up and the first thing they do is try to host an event, I'm probably just going to mute them. They're not here to have fun, they're here to stroke their own ego.

I just have no motivation and to be blunt, a big reason for that is because a lot of the newer users really annoy me and I just don't want to deal with them.

I can relate to this. I haven’t had much interest recently. Also it doesn’t help that many things tend to use modern technology instead of my preferred fantasy stuff but I don’t see that as a problem as people can have fun however they want. When it becomes overpowered it can become a problem though. Although the same applies with anything. Honestly though I also get bored of Warlock Holmes in general.

Yeah, thats one reason I've gone to stories more than events recently. Acro was pretty powerful, but I think I kept myself from God modding.
