Are there any prerequisites that need to be done to get the artifact for this season? A friend of mine was saying that you need to have the artifact to get the Hawkmoon quest but I got the quest without having the artifact. I'm not sure what I am missing or if this is a glitch of some kind. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
