Is it possible to opt out of Cross Generation PvP?
Is it possible to opt out of cross generation PvP on PS4?
PS4 players are limited to 30 FPS and 75 FOV. PS5 players can play at 60 or 120 FPS with an FOV of up to 105 which gives them a [b]massive[/b] advantage.

4 RepliesFov isn't an advantage really theres a vid of 75 fov 85 n 105 comparison n it seems as if ur moving faster but actually it's the same as with alotta ppl prolly have new gens but tvs dont support 120hertz so no 120fps like me I actually upgraded my vizio to a vizio quantum 55 inch with vrr n low latency 550 for it good quality for games but I wasnt gonna go n pay 4 or 500 more for a 120herts. 60 fps to 120 not a big deal to me as most series x/s games r gonna more likely run at 60 fps

If I decide to spend so much money on gaming right now I would either buy Xbox because...Halo or a second hand graphics card for my computer. With 100€ you can upgrade you pc to play Destiny.

It is a problem for sure. I've been playing on PS5 since Tuesday and the difference is MASSIVE. so much easier to aim, I went from being a bad sniper to being actually quite good overnight (if I may say so myself). I need to check my stats but before I may get a handful of sniper kills say up to 5 and now I'm getting double at the very least.

3 RepliesDude the ps5 population is extremely low because the console is so rare to get. If ps5 players could only play with each other, it would be impossible to find a match. Sooner rather than later, most last gen players will migrate.

from what I've already heard it looks like it will mainly be for pve and might not even be an option for pvp. I thing destiny on console already supports mnk though and if they don't they'll probably add it as an option

5 RepliesThings will slowly be moving away from last gen and into the current gen. Consoles are also becoming like pc's so with mid cycle refreshes etc so expect to see more and more of a difference in the near future. Making it optional would be akin to moving backwards so they definitely will not be doing that.
