I have not played since black armoury yet all my chars are gone?
Hi all
I played d1 and D2 up to the end of black armoury i then left the game and have logged on to see all my chars are gone? did something occur or is there a way to get them back ? my PSN at the time was GHgod155 and im not sure if theres someone i need to contact or ?
any help would be appreciated would be nice to jump back into the game to see how things are.

2 RepliesHello. Characters can only be deleted by someone accessing your account. It is not recommended that you give your console account information to anyone. I highly suggest that you enable some extra security measures to prevent unauthorized access such as 2FA. Unfortunately, whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized access, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items or characters.
