Cannot find wish enter quest”???” On tangled shore

Hi all I have presented my talisman and completed the shattered throne but upon going to tangled shore to start ??? Mission. It does not appear I have restarted my game multiple times and had ghost out and no mission pops up

Could you link to a picture of your tangled shore map? You now start the mission through an icon on the map instead of the portal in patrol like you used to.
