Do you need the dlc to be able to get the prime attunement buff? I'm new to destiny and only have the beyond the light dlc and my friend who is a og player was telling me he has it but it was from a past dlc he has, so do I also need that dlc to get that buff? and if I do would I need to also complete the campaign for that dlc? also my current light level is 1207.
