Elite Dangerous. It doesnt hold your hand, its a bit like learning to drive again at first... but its a staggering technical achievement, looks utterly gorgeous and can be pretty thrilling with regards to combat, at least until you build yourself an invincible death star of a ship...

I tried Elite. It just wasn't for me. Don't get me wrong, it's cool as hell.

Aye its not for everyone, for sure. They're finally adding the ability to walk around soon, I'm pumped for that. And it seems to be dropping at around the same time that Destiny historically serves up a weak season... 👀

I liked elite but without VR support on PS4 I couldn't get into it

Lol. I've played Eve Valkyrie with VR which would be kinda similar. It was hella cool. I get vertigo cause spinning around in 3D space. Lol

Ooh, I totally forgot about that. That's the big issue I had with Elite. Might be time for a second look.

Expect it to be somewhat barebones at first. However it does open some interesting gameplay doors for the game. Oh, and we're getting the ability to land on Atmospheric Planets, no Earthlikes yet but thats progress...
