I have plenty of video footage from before the season and I've been comparing it to make sure I'm not insane. Something isn't right, and unfortunately if the issue isn't fixed I'm just not going to be playing this year. I know someone with a 1070 and they're getting better framerates all the time without issues, so I hope it's just compatibility.

Sorry man, is not AMD’s fault, everybody reporting the same issue here has every kind of hardware, Intel CPUs, AMD ones, Nvidia GPUs, Radeons, etc. It is not dependent on a single silicon design...

Not crashing, just consistently low framerates pretty much everywhere except enclosed spaces.
