Destiny 2 is dead
1. Because you started to make the game for yourself and not players your going to start losing loyal players. It's not the point of collecting all that gear for years so you can tell people that they can throw it all out because of the a power cap being introduced, you think I dont have anything better to do than just farm for gear, you can forget about me completing any new quests or farm for your new shit weapon.
So my 3 years of gaming has gone to waste because of you wanting people to use new weapons which are not better from the ones you did before. You can bring back as many weapons from D1 as you like it won't make a difference because you'll put a power cap on them anyway so it's pointless. The stop making sense because of the power cap.
2. So thats how you decide to treat people from playstation, that you give the forsaken and the shadowkeep in a xbox game pass when people have spend so much money on this game, at first you brought out the new light edition, completely removed character level and just left with the light level so pointless of getting expierience, and you gave the first 2 DLC Curse of Osiris and Warmind for free, I personally paid for the game I think about £90 and got nothing for it, but people have paid for forsaken and shadowkeep so mutch and your giving that out in a Xbox Game Pass? seems like favoritism if you ask me. But one thing that pissed me off is when I heard that beyond of light is included in that pass WTF? So Playstation players have to pay for it the whole price where the xbox and PC players will get this inclded in a pass they already bought? UTER BULLSHIT
I will never ever buy another DLC or a Destiny game again
As they say "it's time to get off the sinking ship"
Instead off buying Beyond Of Light I will be buying (Outsiders) which I highly reccomend.
Carry on making the game for your own being and your going to end up playing it yourself.

Im fine with sunsetting. I'm not going anywhere. SK and Forsaken aren't free on game pass. It's a monthly subscription the user needs to pay. If they only play destiny, they are paying more per year than you.

I paid full price for everything as well. I am not complaining that bungie decided to work with microsoft by putting it in game pass. Maybe ask sony about the problem and why you can't have it all for free. This post is ridiculous. It's just business and things eventually change depending on circumstance. Judging by your player history, it looks like you barely even play the game.

Destiny 2 is [b]nowhere near[/b] dead. Regardless of the state of the game (to which we needn’t say here), the game has a rather plentiful player base at its current standings.

Also people have to pay a monthly subscription for Xbox Game Pass genius. And they only have D2 as long as it's on Game Pass. The second it leaves they have to buy it just like you.

I don't think Bungie has any say as to what Xbox gives away in gamepass, just like developers have no say what games PS+ offers for free. As for your complaints of sunsetting, I agree, but unfortunately, idiots like Luke Smith are highly overpaid to make stupid decisions when a nutless monkey could easily replace him and still do a better job. Their ideas of refreshing the weapons is simply re-skinning, renaming, or re-releasing old outdated weapons, and putting a higher powercap on them.
