Last hope is easily in the top 5 best sidearms. It's only downfall is it's ugly. If you think that gun is good check out the sidearm I have equipped on my warlock. It's a year one gun that's the same exact archetype as last hope but it's even better. It has a cooler sleaker look and its just easier to use, it seems to land headshots easier. If they ever release this gun with random rolls it will be making tryhard meta users rage quit like crazy. Lol

4 RepliesEdited by michael: 9/26/2020 2:15:43 AMIts called the damage glitch. Sometimes your bullets will randomly do more damage, like the same bullet registers two or sometimes even three times. Happens on every weapon type. I made a video on it to demonstrate, and ever since making it two months ago I have collected enough additional and in my opinion far more convincing clips to make a part 2 if anyone is doubtful. https://youtu.be/qhM2Qm9aFwU

Last dance and Laat hope are random drops. You can either dump legendary shards at Rahool or dump unfocused umbral engrams at the machine. Omolon have a .5 ttk and kill clip doesn’t change that ttk, just makes the gun more forgiving in the body damage area.

Damage glitch. It is 100% a thing. Occasionally you'll just randomly die to way less than it actually takes to kill. Sometimes its obviously due to lag if you see someone blinking around but it can 100% happen when no lag is involved. I was memeing with a friend in a 1v1 private match once using bows only and he gets the game winning kill with 1 headshot from a lightweight bow. We both were playing hunter and neither of us had any damage increasing mods of perks on our bows.

Judging by those green X's on your radar, I'd say he got some sort of damage boost from killing your teammates. Plus you weren't at full health.

5 Replies( I love this post!) I have a version of this weapon, but it's not half as good as that one. On the subject of weapons, can anyone tell me where you can get the Fellwinters shotty? There are 3 versions as far as I know of. The standard one I have, the one that fires across the map like a sniper, and the one that makes you invincible when you slide. And maybe some kind guardian can inform me what the armour piece is that magically transforms you right behind the enemy? Sorry to sound naïve, but I've only been playing from D1 day one and I haven't found it yet!

If you looked at the footage, you can see his sidearm was glowing, meaning it had a damage buff active. That, and you weren't at full health.

Kill clip vs 3/4 health isn't anything special. He simply rolled you.

4 RepliesHis other two teammates are dead. It's quite possible that that guy had a roll with multiple kill clip. I've never seen cheats that straight up increase damage. It's called the last hope. Just spend vanguard tokens and you can possibly get one.

You weren't at full health. High energy fire while charged with light could be the culprit. You also didn't really move, so landing several crits with Icarus grip wouldn't be impossible.

I don’t think the charge runs out until it is actually used so even if your two teammates had been dead for 30 seconds, he could still be charged and deal extra damage.

You weren't at full health and he got 2 bursts on you, seems legitimate. There might have been a little lag involved, but nothing fishy going on here.

2 RepliesWell the kill is not ok, but again, it could be a networking thing, as in he is a bit lagging behind the actual real time events. He did shoot 1 burst , and your shields weren't full, so with kill clip and a bit of lag it might be legit. I sometimes get spanked with felwinters from 14m, that means, his positions is 3m behind his actual position. Because movements in destiny is incredibly fast, this things happen sometimes. Bad luck.
