Reopen all grandmaster strike options
So either last week or the week prior all grandmaster night falls (gms) were open for selection. Since then they've been limited back to the weekly option only. For those of us wanting to get those done with limited schedules that feels like punishing the player base for having to extend the season longer. I understand why the season was extended and I fully support that decision, however why not allow us to have that time to get these done? Please re-enable all gm selections instead of trying to stretch that out until the last few weeks of the season.

29 RepliesAll strikes need to be matchmade too. I dont understand why no matchmaking is made for higher levels. It makes much more sense to have then to not have them.

I totally agree, but they likely removed it because most people were farming(me included) Lake of Shadows. But even then, it would be an objective for some lower light players to level up to go for those ascendant shards at 1075 light. I want the conquerer title, it'll be harder to get it now for the same reasons as you.

The reason they gave was down right idiotic: "We want all players to have a chance to catch up" ...by removing the catch up mechanic. I now have to wait for 3 and 5 weeks respectively to finish the ones we couldn't do. This will break up out team as well because of time constraints due to work. Had they communicated this sooner....rather than post removal via twitter (extremely disrespectful) we could have planned differently. Utterly demotivating.

Wouldnt hurt anybody, considering BL delayed. That would give players to something to play, since they give some rewards for free through a quest, this wouldn't be any different (actually better as the content still needs to be beaten). Very good suggestion 👍

4 RepliesIt´s so stupid to add the aspect of FOMO to something that should require skill, not as much playtime as possible. I planned to get them all done until the end of the month because of real life issues. But now, I´m not going to get Conqueror simply because I won´t have time in certain weeks although I have plenty of free time right now? -blam!- off. No way I´m doing the title next season when all the good legendaries will be sunset....

4 RepliesBungie is simply trying to keep player population up. Last week there was nothing at all to play in the game, with the corrupted as nightfall and most non noob collectors already long done with the solstice bullshit, so the only way to keep some level of activity was the GM playlist. This week there was the trash exotic that all jobless PR agents filling up Reddit and the like with false info baited players with, banner and the GM is only 30min long so it gives good alternatives to incentivize players. Next week they double the loots on the LOS... So just wait for the week after or so when there’ll be nothing at all on the agenda to see the playlist back. That said completing all GM is a piece of cake, as long as you don’t follow stupid online guides. In fact, imho and experience the trick to complete them all fast is to have a player running banner shield with Ursa Furiosa.

10 RepliesI dunno about what you are saying. I did all the GMs with college, work, and looking for a new place while my buddy is working out of state power plant in a trailer. Sounds like excuses to me.

They already said it will be back later this season. They took it away because originally the end of the season was supposed to be next week, but now it's not until November.

Nah, we can't just have nice things. They must feel limited and special, so even if bungo screws up and gives them early, they'll just take them away so that they can claim they did something by returning it later.
