This is really important to know before Beyond Light as a lot of cool armor sets are going away. We need to know if we need to grind out/keep certain sets. Thanks!

No they confirmed transmog will be based of of the items in your collections
-
They said year 4 not BL
-
5 RepliesI don't even think Bungie knows yet. They're just going to flip some switches when BL launches and see what happens.
-
3 RepliesI believe yes they said, you need the physical Piece. Again it's still being designed. Nothing concrete yet. Just save the Pieces you like the most.

1 ReplyEeee...yes😈
-
You need the piece probably, because -blam!- you.

1 ReplyYou know transmog is probably not going to ACTUALLY come out until next June. And there will be no vault space increase, EVER. Best to just delete everything and hope for the best.
-
1 ReplyThey're probably busy right now making another currency strictly for transmog.
-
19 RepliesEdited by Cal: 9/8/2020 4:32:36 PMBungie is refusing to answer because the cost of transmog will likely be gross causing community outrage. They plan to release the information probably 1-2 hours before beyond light to mitigate losses in profit.
-
13 RepliesIt's a very straightforward question that they should have an answer for already
-
Just vault it anyway, and then you will know when it lands.
-
Wow, doesn't this just make another good reason to reinstate the kiosk system next to the vendors like they had in (the original) Destiny.
-
we won't know, because they probably don't know. I say err on the side of caution and any set you are worried about dismantling and not registering to collection for transmog - KEEP IT VAULTED - until its CONFIRMED and tested that everything is working.
-
5 RepliesInB4 Transmog cost 25k glimmer, 25 legendaty shards, 1 enhancement prism and 1,000 Bright dust
-
They've said many many many times now, it's so far out they can't give details.
-
This is a very good question. So expect no answer from Bungie. DMG04 is too busy being on twitter talking about his acomplishments in D2 as a player. And Cozmo.... God, I have no clue what Cozmo is doing other than not being a community manager.
-
No one knows yet. My advice: put the gear you really like (from a cosmetic pov) into the vault or your inventory directly and just wait for more infos. I did the same with 3 Warlock sets.
-
Most likely like Eververse its going to be ornaments as by past and logical sense.
-
Im fine with them just removing armor sets completely and replacing them with ornaments and then rely on mods for stats and perks. Anthem did something similar and it was nice, but just to be clear most ornaments should drop like are does now and once you've unlocked them it removes it from the loot pool. doing this would save time, save vault space, and streamline rewards.

2 RepliesEdited by Trafalgar_Lou: 9/9/2020 10:00:32 AMI love the radio silence from this company ahahah. Can’t get a word out of them 7 years into the game lmfao. Just a straight up, genuine question about a feature they promised in the game....and nothing, not a peep. Anybody actually think Bungie gives a crap? For real though? If so please enlighten me
-
2 RepliesBungie wont even do a pin for Hong Kong because of their Chinese overlords. If you expect an answer on this, then you’re better off getting one from a brick wall
-
3 RepliesThe current collections is garbage anyways, can't pull anything from it that has random rolls so whats the point of it. Bungie could have learned a lot about color options and layer effects from monster hunter.
-
9 RepliesKnowing bungo you will probably use legendary shards or a new currency
-
You need cash. Reams and reams of cash.
