PvP should auto-lock your weapons and armor
Once your in you can't change your weapons or armor mid fight. This one change will balance PvP across the board.

What about players that get out into ongoing matches? "Haha, you were set up for a close quarters map. Were gonna stick your solo a55 into an on going match and lock your loadout! 🤣" So no, this would be a bad idea
