cross save account unlink
i am not able to unlink playstation account i forget my password of my psn account now it is asking for authentication to disable cross save and i can not even unlink the account please help me out

5 RepliesYou will want to contact Sony/PSN support, and work with them to recover your account. Platform accounts cannot be unlinked from a Bungie profile, without being authenticated by the user. And to deactivate cross-save all associated accounts must be authenticated, so you will need to regain access to that account.
