Iron banner level enabled not working
The Iron Banner level enabled is not functioning properly. It makes no sense that a 1011 guardian can defeat a 1080 guardian with max resilience in Iron banner.

1060 at best, unless glitched. And yes, even people sub-1000 can still kill you

Remember that your artifact means nothing in IB as well. So at MAX you are a 1060 guardian in IB.
