Lost all characters by cross save.
I cross save my PSN account with Steam account just now. Now all my characters, weapons are gone. What can I do? Can some one help me?

sounds like you made the wrong account the primary account. go to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this page[/url] and scroll to the contact us button at the bottom. fill it out and ask for them to switch the primary account.
