It’s a random roll item so you not able to claim it from the collections tab. It’s currently out of the loot pool and being looked at. You could get one from lord shaxx while ranking up but hasn’t been around since this season started.

Same for revoker I think. Scraped it last season and now wont drop

Phaarmz revoker can be pulled out of collections like the other pinnacles it’s not a random drop from shaxx. Only the redrix was able to drop with random barrel and magazine perks from shaxx once you completed its quest.
