Is the memory fragment quest bugged?
I've gotten 42 out of 45 fragments but I cant even find the one on the cliff at Glacial Drift even after watching a video on it, nor the one that's in the bottomless pit in Olympus Descent. As for the one in Alton Dynamo behind glass, even after climbing up the reactor and onto the pipe to get at it sans glass nothing happens. What's going on?
