Cannot complete means to an end quest.
I've had the means to an end quest for the last 3 weeks and for some reason. I haven't be able to get any progress for said quest. It says that it will give me extra progress if I kill people with disintegration kills, however when doing so in Crucible, Gambit, Menagerie etc. It kept my process at 0% for the last 3 weeks. I tried restarting my game, I also stopped playing 3 days to see if it'd fix itself. But no fix. However, for some reason, I've been able to go into the Interference quest with friends who completed the mission.

I've had the same issue, about 3 weeks now. Hope they fix it soon because I'd like to start the weapon quest.

I second this issue, we have two PCs, wife and mine and we usually run quests together and I am gaining progress while she isn't.

Can confirm, this is the 3rd week with the same issue. I cannot progress the weekly mission turn-in at the Prismatic Recaster. I have the quest to turn in, but no option at the Recaster to do so. I also therefore cannot upgrade my Recaster. Frustrating.

I'm the person who played with him so I can confirm because I have been looking at his game as I was in the story mission and I also have the same issue on my alt account.
