Trying to activate crosssave
So in order to activate cross save you have to authenticate the accounts. However my old playstation account, i cant do so because i dont remember any of the info for it. it wont let me unlink it either because it not verified. how do i fix? because i would love to play with my xbox characters here instead of having to start over and buy everything new

You'll need to contact PlayStation support to retrieve the credentials for that account. Bungie cannot link/unlink accounts to/from users' profiles for security reasons. The other option would be to create a new profile and move your active accounts to that. However, this would cause you to lose any promotional emblems, as they are tied to the profile and not platform accounts.
