I have purchased every piece of destiny content for destiny 2 but have had to pay for this season

I have been playing destiny 2 since day one and I have bought destiny digital deluxe edition, forsaken, annual pass and shadow keep and have only received 2 of my free season passes and I have had to purchase the newest season pass I'm not sure if this is user error or a bug please help

Ya I got shadowkeep too and it’s still locked for me and I have been trying to see if it’s a actual error or we have to buy it
