I recently got back into playing destiny 2 after setting up my cross-play saving (Xbox to PC) around 6 months ago. just today i had decided to log back into destiny with all the new content i had seen via YouTube. when i attempted to play shadowkeep dlc related content i realized that i was not able to access shadowkeep nor forsaken , but still had the ability to use the weapons i had acquired. Thinking that this was some sort of an issue i went to the bungie cross-play saving website to see that i had the first 3 dlc's but not the latest 2. thinking that this was a glitch or some-sort of mistake i planned to disable my cross-play and re-enable it to see if it fixes the issue.... turns out i was hit with the 90 day lockout and have no way of playing destiny. if that was not only enough i went and searched up to see if others had the same issue to only find out that the dlc's are not cross-play compatible due to the licenses of the content on the Xbox.... I understand that they put this in place to stop people from abusing the system and boosting accounts but i believe that 90 days or 3 months is a bit steep just considering that i was trying to fix something i thought i had a problem to. In this post im hoping for some sort of help or anything to reduce or remove this lock. i have been playing this game since (d1) xur selling gjallarhorn was just a dream and when people made meme's about patience and time the exotic sniper. For anyone else who currently has the same problem i feel for you as i too just want to return to a game i really enjoy... if any help can be rendered i would be much obliged as i really want to return to this game, i dont even mind purchasing the dlc's again, id just like to be able to play again :)
