Best legendary primary scout rifle in the game?
Looking for the best primary legendary scout rifle to pair with hard light. Been looking around and don't see a runaway pick. Favor pve over pvp.

I'd pair it with a good kinetic sniper for killing bosses like... Dreaded Venture/Show of Force XF4865 with Rapid Hit/Triple Tap or... Tranquility with Auto-Loading Holster/Field Prep + Firing Line
