My account got hacked, is it possible to roll back the changes to it?
So my account got hacked (guy was not very smart about it so I know who did it, so now all my friends he contracted are reporting the guy) his psn is (Redacted because Because warning the community of a threat is a no-no) by the way, no need to keep it a secret when he is doing illegal stuff. So I got my psn account back through the help of Sony's support staff, but I noticed the guy (and the other guy who used my account after someone stole it) messed up a lot of my stuff. Is is possible to roll back my account a day to salvage the situation?

2 RepliesBungie does not restore lost/deleted items or characters. As an extension, they do not do roll backs except in extreme circumstances (has only been done twice so far). Policy can be found here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 Additionally, please remove the name of the person in question. It breaks the Code of Conduct that you agree to when posting on these forums.

Bungie does not currently offer any services that would "roll back" an account or restore lost or deleted items.
