PS4 to PC
Hello,
I'm currently trying to cross save from PS4 to PC. When on the cross save screen, I've successfully logged into my PS4 account and it shows all characters. I have logged into steam as well. However, nothing shows in the steam window other than the message "This Steam account does not have any characters". At the bottom of the window, there is still a yellow authenticate button. I have clicked on this and it brings up another window to steam to sign in. I've done that as well and it does nothing. I should be able to transfer my characters to PC, right? Or do I need to start over completely on PC?

1 ReplyTry a different browser. If that doesn't work, try a Google Chrome Incognito window. If that doesn't work, try an entirely different computer. If that doesn't work or you don't have another computer try setting up Cross Save using the Destiny 2 Companion App.
